Mandatory Check-in using ServiceNSW QR Code

The NSW Government recently announced that As of 1 January 2021, hospitality venues will be required to use the NSW Government QR code system.

The Club has sought further clarity and advice from the State Government and a number of Industry Bodies to ensure we comply with all directives whilst minimising the impact on our Members and Guests.

Following this advice, from 1st January 2021;

Every Member and Guest entering the Clubhouse is now required to scan one of the QR Codes provided to register their attendance with NSW Health, regardless of whether you are playing golf that day.

Confirmation of registration must be shown to a staff member.

A QR Code can also be scanned by Members at registration in the Golf Shop and will become part of the Guest Registration process.

There are numerous signs with a QR Code displayed around the Clubhouse as well as on each individual table to minimise any inconvenience.

We ask ALL Members to assist the Club in complying with this new Government directive and scan the QR Code each time you visit the Club.

To assist in a quick and easy “check-in” process we advise Members to download the Service NSW App on their phones and have their phones ready when entering the Clubhouse.

If you do not have the capability to scan a QR code on your phone, our staff will manually enter your details.

Fast access to accurate and complete electronic records helps NSW Health to quickly alert people who may have been in contact with a person with COVID-19 while visiting your business or organisation.

Efficient contact tracing helps slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 in the community.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
