We have menus tailored specifically for every style of function, and we encourage you to get in touch with our Functions & Events Coordinator to request a menu. Our standard menu choices include:

Cocktail Party Catering
Whether you have 30 people or 130 people a cocktail party is a great way to get together for a relaxed and social party.
Choose from our delicious list of hot, cold, and substantial canapes to be served by our friendly staff, while your guests mingle in our private function area.
Throughout the party our team will ensure that no guest is left without a drink, as they serve your selection of champagne, wine, beer or cocktails throughout the party.
Exquisite Dining
Sometimes an occasion calls for something distinctive, bold, and magnificent. Perhaps it is entertaining your most highly valued client, celebrating a milestone anniversary, or simply celebrating an outstanding achievement. If this is the case, then a bespoke menu can be designed to suit the occasion.
Our Executive Chef can create you a spectacular menu that will captivate your taste buds, and impress your guests. Whether it’s a ten course degustation with carefully selected accompanying wines, or a simple delectable main meal made from the finest produce, either can be prepared. All you need to do is share your vision with us, and we will help make it happen.

Intimate Dining
One of the best views of any restaurant in Australia is to be enjoyed by members and their guests from the Billy Holder Room. Situated overlooking the 9th green with panoramic vistas of the 1st hole and Botany Wetlands the Billy Holder Room is the special place for members to enjoy fine company with fine cuisine and beverages.
When was the last time you hosted a special lunch with your closest friends and family? Or perhaps you would like to enhance your next business seminar or planning meeting with a sumptuous lunch and 9 holes of golf with 5 – 25 of your closest colleagues and or clients.
The Billy Holder Room is open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday from 12.00pm to 2.30pm.

Meetings & Seminars
Relax in tranquil surroundings and enjoy our superb facilities and magnificent views.
During your meeting or seminar we can offer you a full bar and catering service, ranging from light refreshments to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
For early morning starts we can provide barista coffee, continental breakfast, omelette bar, or hot buffet. At lunch time we can prepare sandwich, baguette and wrap platters, finger food, or a full hot buffet lunch.
