The 2018 Australian Interstate Teams Matches are set to start with a bang today at Glenelg and The Grange Golf Clubs in South Australia.
The weather is mild and overcast right now. Slight winds forecast all day with a top temperature of about 19 deg. Hopefully the sun will peek it’s head out by mid morning.
Two Lakes Members are competing in the event with Josh Armstrong and Stephanie Kyriacou playing for NSW. Recently Stephanie, was undefeated in the match play (for the third time!) at the Australian Girls Junior amateur and she was undefeated in both the women’s and girls 2017 interstate series.
Josh Armstrong recently competed in the 2017 Junior President’s Cup which is an amazing achievement in itself.
